Goddess Eostar/Ostara and the Spring Equinox Equinox means equal night and vernal comes from the Latin word for bloom.  The earth awakens, new life emerges, sap rises, buds shoot and spring flowers are celebrated as gifts from nature.  Spring returns and rejuvenates our own life force.  Children followed Ostara wherever she went, as she loved to sing and entertain them with magic.

Shelli Suzanne S.: Shelli SuZanne Stanback is an Integrative Expressive Arts & Somatic Practitioner living in Asheville, NC. She has offered Body-Mind-Energetics event and classes for over 25 years.
